FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Sorting of vegetal raw materials as leaves or leaves with shoots of trees, or bushes, or herbaceous, or flower, or root raw material, or shag mushroom. Vegetable raw materials are washed and additionally soaked for 10–20 minutes at temperature of 45–50 °C in electroactivated water with pH 9–10. Electroactivated water is obtained by electrolysis of 10-20% aqueous NaCl solution at current intensity of 0.5–0.6 A, voltage of 36 W and water flow rate in anode and cathode zones of 5–10 cm3/h. Raw material is dried with air, dried in PIA field and held on trays for moisture levelling. Raw materials are milled and blended by way of mixing the vegetal raw materials with black bay tea at ratio of 1:1–3 with further mixing during 5–6 minutes in the drum at rpm 4–5 min-1.

EFFECT: invention provides reduced content of toxic elements, microtoxins, pesticides and microbial safety indicators, high content of water-soluble extractive substances in the end product.
