FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for determination of erythrocyte adenosine triphosphate acid release in vitro. Erythrocytes are deformed in an artificial shear flow at a shear stress of 10 to 24 Pa for 20 s. A suspension of deformed erythrocytes is centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes. Amount of adenosine triphosphate acid is determined in supernatant.

EFFECT: invention provides the ability to determine the release of adenosine triphosphate acid from erythrocytes in conditions of artificial shearing flow.
