FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: blood sampling is carried out, erythrocytes are separated by washing with physiological solution and triple centrifugation with 3000 rev/min, each during 5 minutes. Erythrocyte suspension, physiological solution and 15% solution of tricloroacetic acid, ,taken in ratio 1:1:1, are mixed and centrifuged for 30 minutes with 3000 rev/min. Erythrocyte supernatant is introduced into distilled water in ratio 1:9 and spectrophotometered at wavelengths 230 nm and 280 nm, values of optic density are determined. By value of ratio of optic density at wavelength 230 nm to optic density at 280 nm more than 3.5 intracellular medium is considered to be acidic.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine shift of intracellular medium to acidic side, reduce analysis time twofold.
