FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and concerns the evaluation of the degree of formation of erythrocyte vesicles. For this purpose, the red blood cells are isolated from the blood, washed and heated. Erythrocytes are warmed up at 49 °C for 8 min, centrifuge for 5 minutes at 3,000 rpm, gadolinium chloride is added to the supernatant to a final concentration of 400–600 mcM, centrifuged for 5 minutes at 3,000 rpm, in the sediment of the vesicles, the content of the total protein is determined, according to the protein content is judged on the degree of formation of vesicles of red blood cells.
EFFECT: invention provides simplicity, accessibility, and the lack of need for complex equipment.
