Erythrocytes are warmed up at 49 °C for 8 min, centrifuge for 5 minutes at 3,000 rpm, gadolinium chloride is added to the supernatant to a final concentration of 400–600 mcM, centrifuged for 5 minutes at 3,000 rpm, in the sediment of the vesicles, the content of the total protein is determined, according to the protein content is judged on the degree of formation of vesicles of red blood cells.
