FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-prevention means, namely to powder self-converting fire extinguishers intended for fire extinguishing of class A and B on industrial facilities, in administrative buildings, warehouses. Substance of invention consists in fact that self-detonating fire extinguishing panel, including housing, fire extinguishing powder, diaphragm, gas cartridges, fire extinguishing powder trays made in the form of rectangular bowls tightly closed by a thin plastic diaphragm, glued along the perimeter to the chalks of the tray by thermoplastic glue, case is attached to suspended system due to rotary loop and is fixed in horizontal position due to stop and lock made on the basis of titanium-nickel alloy with shape memory effect, wherein the gas cartridges with carbon dioxide are placed in the base of the tray cups in the holders, on the holders of the cartridges there are arc-shaped spring-loaded strikers fixed by the holder, each holder of the striker is connected by a strong thread to the main ceiling.
EFFECT: higher reliability of operation of said fire extinguishing means due to free discharge of fire-extinguishing powder and additional compressed energy spraying with carbon dioxide gas, which provides effective protection of people, objects and equipment against fires.
