SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat engineering and can be used in shell-and-tube heat exchangers. Shell-and-tube heat exchanger (1) contains a shell, in space (3) of which package (2) of pipes from several tubes is located (20, 22, 27) with at least one tube sheet (25, 26), with the shell-and-tube heat exchanger (1) being limited outside by the surface (31) of the shell and has longitudinal axis (33) passing through the center in the space of the casing, around which an internal duct-free channel (21) is formed, and moreover, from the inner side adjacent to surface (31) of the casing, an external channel free from pipes (23) is formed, moreover, package (2) of pipes between internal channel (21) and external channel (23) includes at least two components (50, 51, 52, 53, 54) of a package of pipes that differ in the number of pipes on the surface, and / or the outer diameter of the pipe, and / or the gap between the pipes, while the components of the package of pipes have a cross-section in the shape of a circular ring and in the space of the casing in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis are arranged in series, moreover, at least two components (50, 51, 52, 53, 54) of a package of pipes are connected to each other with the possibility of a connector.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in heat exchange surface without changing the dimensions of the heat exchanger.
