FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: ophthalmic lens contains a transparent substrate with a front main surface and a rear main surface. At least one of the main surfaces is coated with a multi-layer anti-reflective coating containing a set of at least one layer with a high refractive index (HI), having a refractive index greater than or equal to 1.55, and at least one layer with a low refractive index (LI) having a refractive index of less than 1.55. Multilayer antireflection coating has: - the average coefficient of light reflection in the visible region for photopic vision Rv, which is less than or equal to 2.5 %, preferably less than or equal to 0.9 %, at least for a dip angle less than 35°; - the average coefficient of reflection of light in the visible region for scotopic vision, Rv', which is less than or equal to 0.5 %, preferably less than or equal to 0.4 %, at least for an angle of incidence less than 35°.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of an antireflection coating capable of reducing the reflection coefficient in the visible region in the case of both photopic vision and scotopic vision.
