FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a thin vehicle seat and, in particular, to a thin seat for use in a vehicle with a plastic matrix and thin foam material. Landing unit for vehicle includes support frame partially enclosed by panel assembly. Bearing element is defined by a single polymer matrix. Pillow assembly is moulded over the bearing element. Outer peripheral clearance is defined between panel assembly and bearing element. Bearing element and pad assembly are made with possibility of bending under passenger's weight, meanwhile, support frame remains fixed. Air movement unit is in communication with cushion assembly and is configured to move air through bearing element and cushion assembly closer to landing surface of cushion assembly.
EFFECT: higher safety during vehicle operation.
