SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation for determining ordinates of passenger trains and automatic control of brakes at stations. System comprises a nonlinear radar station (NRS) on the locomotive, a (NS) mark in the form of a non-linear scattering target at the beginning of the stopping platform. At the same time (NRS) includes master oscillator (MO), frequency multipliers, transmitters, phase detectors, receivers, receiving and transmitting antennas, as well as computer connected with central control processor of locomotive brakes.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of stopping passenger trains at platforms of stop stations.
