FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment and can be used to measure the main parameters of motion of a locomotive (wagonage) along a railway. Essence of invention consists in using low-range radar with high resolution in range due to the use of broadband sounding signals, and using linings with bolts as benchmarks of the reflecting surface to fasten rails to cross ties or to a special base along the entire length of the track.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement of motion parameters.
