FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft electrical system. Proposed system comprises primary three-phase mains supplying transformer-rectifier electric power to supply electric power to two secondary direct-current mains including contactor electrically connected to starter-generator. Contactors are interconnected in pairs to exclude their simultaneous closure. Second secondary mains allows to provide electric power starter-generator for heat engine starting, and the first secondary mains can be powered by a starter-generator for electric power supply of electrical components. Secondary voltage of the second secondary mains is necessarily higher than electric voltage of the first secondary mains, which allows optimizing the weight of the electrical system. Power supply of two secondary electric mains can also be implemented by means of independent power supply sources instead of primary mains, which allows to provide power supply of starter-generator and electrical components.
EFFECT: disclosed is an electrical system with a double secondary electrical mains for starting aircraft engines.
