FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: tire contains certain polyolefin sound absorbing foamed materials, which demonstrate characteristics of suppression of noise generated in cavity of similar tire, together with resistance to hydrolysis, low water absorption and unexpected thermal and mechanical stability under conditions of use. Sound absorbing material (301) is applied on at least one section of radial inner surface (113) of the tire, preferably layer (112) of impermeable elastomer material. Said sound absorbing material comprises a foamed polyolefin material with closed macrocells characterized by an average cell size of at least 1.5 mm, more preferably at least 3 mm, even more preferably at least 4 mm in accordance with ASTM D3576 standard.
EFFECT: technical result is improved sound absorption of bus.
