FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry and biotechnology, and can be used for filling bone intraoperative jaw defects. Infiltration local anaesthetic involves taking a gum fragment sized two by two millimetres in a patient with a planned postoperative jaw defect. Mesenchymal stem cells are cultured from the produced tissue. Osteoconductive osteoplastic Bio-oss is implanted with these cells until complete saturation. Operation is performed to form an incision and a bone defect. Obtained composition is introduced into an intraoperative defect in a volume corresponding to 80 % of the volume of the bone defect. Defect is covered by 3 mm along perimeter with collagen membrane. That is followed by suturing.
EFFECT: method provides restoration of jaw architectonics by stimulating bone tissue regeneration with individual osteoinductive and synthetic osteoconductive agents.
