FIELD: fat and oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fat and oil industry. Vegetable oils distillation heads adsorptive refining method provides for the heating of suspension consisting of the vegetable oils distillation heads and the adsorbent, taken in the amount of 1–5 wt.% of the heads, to the temperature of 90–110 °C with constant stirring under vacuum at the residual pressure of 10–200 mBar, suspension circulation through the plane-parallel electrodes package, to which alternating current with a frequency of 100–200 kHz is applied for 30–40 minutes, resulting suspension separation into the vegetable oil distillation bleached heads and the spent adsorbent. As the adsorbent the acid-activated bentonite bleaching clays are used.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the vegetable oils distillation heads chromacity by increase in the colored substances polarity and increase in the adsorbent surface polarity.
