FIELD: oil and fat industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for two-stage refining purification of vegetable oils with step-by-step introduction of adsorbents is proposed, including treatment with a finely dispersed adsorbent with heating, vacuum and separation of the adsorbent by filtration, according to the invention crushed bentonite clays of the Maidan-Bentonite deposit with a particle size from 25 to 100 microns are introduced in a proportion of 3.0% by weight of the oil being processed into the oil with a temperature of up to 65-70°C, thoroughly mixed for 25-35 minutes while simultaneously heating to a temperature of 110-120°C at a pressure of 0.05 MPa, then the oil is filtered under a pressure of 1.0-1.2 MPa, then the purified oil is mixed with coke nuts, containing pores with an effective radius of 7-200 nm, with a particle size from 30 to 70 microns in a proportion of 3.0% by weight of the treated oil for 5-10 minutes with simultaneous heating to a temperature of 95-100°C, then the oil is filtered under a pressure of 2 MPa.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a finished product with high organoleptic and physico-chemical characteristics and with improved quality characteristics of the oil.
