FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of cleaning of vegetable oil involving introduction of an adsorbent in the vegetable oil. For an adsorbent an extract based on peat humic substances is used which is obtained by means of mixing a preparation obtained by means of granulation of the low-lying peat from the peat deposit of Miskov settlement with peat decay degree being 30-35% and a following thermal treatment at a temperature of t=110-120°C during 2-3 hours, with aqua ammonia at a concentration of 1.2-1.5% and ratio of the components 1:3.5-4 and thermal treatment of the obtained mixture at a temperature of t=130-150°C during 3-5 hours with a following extraction of the target product with water at a temperature of t=80-90°C with a mass ratio of the peat mass and water being 1:3 with a following separation of the finished extract with the finished extract is introduced at a rate between 0.001 and 5% to the weight of the vegetable oil.
EFFECT: improved effectiveness of the vegetable oil cleaning.
