METHOD OF CLEANING PROCESS EQUIPMENT (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC B08B3/08 C23G5/02

Abstract RU 2818851 C1

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of cleaning the surfaces of parts, parts and elements of process equipment, in particular electrical equipment, using liquid compositions having dissolving properties. Method consists in application of initial dielectric cleaner on contaminated surfaces and in subsequent washing off of softened contaminants with the help of finishing dielectric cleaner. Initial cleaner consists of 30–50 wt.% 2-(2-butoxyethoxy)ethyl acetate, 10–30 wt.% of a mixture of isoparaffins, up to 10 wt.% bromotrifluoromethane, up to 10 wt.% tetrafluoroethane, the rest is surfactant. Finishing cleaner consists of up to 95 wt.% of a mixture of isoparaffins and the rest is surfactant. In the second version, the initial cleaner consists of up to 80 wt.% of a mixture of isoparaffins, 0.5–2.0 wt.% of calcium dinonylnaphthalene sulphate, up to 10 wt.% of bromotrifluoromethane, up to 10 wt.% of tetrafluoroethane, the rest being a surfactant. Finishing cleaner consists of up to 95 wt.% of trifluorotrichloroethane and the rest is a mixture of isoparaffins.

EFFECT: higher operating performances of process equipment cleaning by decreasing the amount of equipment cleaning time, increased work safety.
