FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to sealed current-conducting elements for inputs used in cable transitions between areas with different pressure, and can be used to provide tight passage of electric cables in areas with high pressure. Assembly of metal current-conducting elements (CCE) with low resistivity contains CCEs equipped with a damping bushing connected to the CCE with formation of an annular gap Δ between damping bushing inner surface and CCE outer surface, as well as a ceramic insulator, tightly connected to the middle part of the damping bushing with a process collar, the width of which is larger by 1/2 of the collar width on the CCE, as well as two glass electrically insulating bushings made from solder grit by electron beam welding, located on the inner and outer surface of the ceramic insulator, wherein materials of ceramic insulator, damping bushing and materials of glass electric insulating bushings are matched by coefficient of linear thermal expansion.
EFFECT: high strength of the metal-glass insulating joint in current-conducting elements (CCE) with low specific resistance.
