SUBSTANCE: invention of latex expanders without fabric braiding, joined into rings, for trampoline with possibility of using expanders of different circumference and thickness of material accordingly of different elasticity depending on purpose, method of application of trampoline and weight of jumping person. And invention of T-shaped hooks of trampoline for attachment of ring-shaped expanders, consisting of transversely arranged metal rods, fixed in slings sewed along edge of trampoline jump cloth, and being the basis for fixation of ring-shaped expanders, which are thrown through the frame of trampoline and fixed on metal rods, overturning them, allowing to perform fast planned or necessary replacement of expanders and protecting from their rapid wear, also allowing to exclude tenderness when stepping on them bouncing person. Invention makes it possible to control and selectively apply trampoline for physical exercises and fitness, as well as expand the field of use in methods of therapeutic exercises for the purpose of integrated treatment and prevention of human locomotor disorders, cardiovascular system, osteoporosis, lymph drainage, weight reduction programs, psychoneurological correction, speech therapy and other physical or psychological conditions, where sparing dosed static or dynamic load. T-shaped hooks of trampoline for attachment of annular expanders, consisting of transversely arranged metal rods, fixed in slings sewed along edge of trampoline jump cloth, and being the basis for fixation of ring-shaped expanders, which are thrown through the frame of trampoline and fixed on metal rods, swapping through them, allowing for fast planned or necessary replacement of expanders and protecting from their rapid wear, also allowing to exclude tenderness when stepping on them bouncing person.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of safety when jumping on trampoline, improved ergonomics and ease of use.
