SUBSTANCE: equipment and devices for physical exercise, namely trampolines, used for sports and entertainment activities and exercises for both children and adults. The built-in jumping device contains a body made in the form of a hollow metal box frame with a through hole in the lower flat part and a through hole in the upper flat part, the area of which is covered by a stretched elastic jumping fabric of a centrally symmetrical shape along its flat parts through fasteners evenly distributed over the perimeter of the jumping surface and made in the form of tension springs, and the geometric contour shape along the perimeter of the flat part of the said jumping surface, as well as the geometric contour shape of the mentioned upper through hole of the metal frame, is made in the form of a squircle or a square with rounded corners.

EFFECT: expansion of operational capabilities, consisting in the effective implementation of uniform tension of the jumping surface of the device without reducing its useful area for jumping through geometric shaping both on its flat side and on the flat sides of the frame body of the device.
