SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an elastomer composition based on butadiene-nitrile rubber, which can be used for making oil-and-petrol and ozone resistant rubber articles. Ozone resistant elastomer composition based on butadiene-nitrile rubber contains, pts.wt: butadiene-nitrile rubber with average content of acrylonitrile links of 28 % – 60, copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate with content of vinyl acetate links 26–30 % – 40, regenerate – 40–60, technical carbon P324-40, curing agent peroxymone F-40 – 4. Regenerate is first modified with a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate.

EFFECT: invention increases ozone resistance and tear resistance of rubbers based on butadiene-nitrile rubber.
