SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water and oil swelling elastomer materials and can be used in manufacture of rubber swellable sealing elements of packer equipment used in oil and gas industry. Water-oil-swelling elastomer composition based on butadieneα-methyl styrene rubber includes a vulcanizing system, vulcanization activators, dispersing agent and filler – colloidal silicic acid. Composition additionally contains sodium-carboxymethylcellulose water-swelling reagent, sulfur, altax and captax as a vulcanizing system, zinc oxide and stearin as vulcanization activators, and as a dispersing agent – glycerin in the following ratio of components, parts by weight: butadieneα-methyl styrene rubber SKMS 30 ARKM 15 – 100.0; BS-120 colloidal silicic acid – 40.0; zinc oxide – 5.0; stearin – 1.0; glycerin – 2.0; sulfur – 2.0; altax – 1.0; captax – 1.0; sodium carboxymethylcellulose – 25.0–70.0.

EFFECT: increase in the degree of swelling of an elastomeric material in water, aqueous solution of sodium chloride of low mineralization (up to 10 %), oil, and the Polyaccol-Flora drilling system.
