FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extraction of coal pillars during chamber development by means of monolithic filling and use of artificial pillars. Monolithic and cementing materials from the ground are supplied via the well and the pipeline to the chamber-pillar mine, artificial pillars are made in the working zone, and blocks of waste rock are cast with the use of a special device for laying other working sites. Vault casing is based on artificial pillars and aggregates, coal pillars are extracted using mining machine, after extraction of coal pillars is placed artificial pillars, and the remaining space adjacent to the artificial pillars is filled with blocks of gangue using a special device. System for extraction of coal pillars during chamber development by means of monolithic filling and use of artificial pillars mainly includes system of material supply, system of combined supports and system of extraction of coal pillars.
EFFECT: increased extraction of coal and improved technology of development of coal deposits.
