FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device is installed on a track with carriages and traction chain and contains an intermediate plate with a base fixed on it, a chain drive, three bodies with bearings and a central shaft each, two of which contain a set of brushes. Intermediate plate is installed on a double T-iron. Base is made of slab reinforced with transverse channels. Bodies are vertically secured to the base with bolts. In the upper part of the central shaft, located in the body, the first in the direction of movement of the traction chain, a drive sprocket is installed, and a crosspiece is placed in the lower part of the central shaft. Crosspiece is in engagement with the traction chain of the overhead conveyor with the possibility of rotation. Two other bodies are located further along the direction of movement of the traction chain, symmetrically on both sides of the track. In the upper part of the central shaft of each of the two bodies, a driven sprocket is installed, and in the lower part there is a set of brushes. Sets of brushes are installed with the ability to change the rotation speed, height adjustment and interact with the traction chain. Rotation of the brushes is carried out by a chain transmission consisting of a drive sprocket, two driven sprockets, tensioning sprocket and drive chain located above the track and connecting all the sprockets to the closed loop. Tensioning sprocket fastened in the grooves on the base provides necessary tensioning of the drive chain.
