FIELD: drying devices, in particular, complexes for drying of sapropel mass after its preliminary dehydration at reduction of the moisture content down to 50%.
SUBSTANCE: the complex for drying of sapropel includes a sealed bearing casing, a flexible endless contour with a carrying member located inside it for the material under drying with formation of loop sections, the endless flexible contour is made in the form of vertically oriented loop sections and a closing horizontal branch located above the loop sections, the drive, tension and encircling units are made in the form of sprockets engageable with two chains and installed on half-axles on the outer sides of the contour, the chains are interconnected by transverse braces, located in length of the contour with a similar internal, square-shaped grates are freely suspended from the transverse braces for turning relative to them, the square-shaped grates-overlap in length the intervals between the adjacent transverse braces, the charging device is made in a definite manner and positioned in the zone of installation of the lower sprocket of the first loop section in the direction of contour motion.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of drying of preliminarily dehydrated sapropel mass with specific rheologic properties.
