Abstract RU 2154555 C1

FIELD: machine engineering, possibly different operations of tube working in stationary or field conditions. SUBSTANCE: tube cutter includes carriage supporting front and back pairs of supporting runners 5,7 on its frame, reduction gear having drive unit and two output driven shafts and two chain transmissions. Cutting tool is mounted on cantilever end of first output driven shaft. Each chain transmission includes successively arranged at respective outer side of carriage: front driven sprocket 17, driving sprocket 19 and back driven sprocket 21 kinematically joined one with another by means of driving chain 23 embracing tube 9 (10) to be cut. Reduction gear is kinematically joined with carriage in zone of cantilever end of second driven shaft and it is arranged in cavity of carriage frame with possibility of limited rotation relative to carriage around axis of said shaft. Front driven sprocket 17 of each chain transmission is mounted in lever 28 whose one end is jointly connected with carriage frame and whose other end is jointly connected with controlled damper 30. Dampers are joined with carriage frame with possibility of limited rotation and they are designed for controlled tension of driven chains 23. Front pairs of supporting runners 5 and driving sprockets 19 of chain transmissions are mounted on cantilever ends of second output driven shaft of reduction gear. Runners 5 are mounted with possibility of autonomous rotation relative to above mentioned shaft. Back pair of supporting runners 7 and back driven sprockets 21 are joined with carriage with possibility of controlled change of value of support base between pairs of runners 5,7 and interaxial distances between sprockets of respective chain transmissions. Rotation axes of back driven sprockets 21 and back pair of supporting runners are laid in the same plane passing through lengthwise axis of tube to be cut.
