SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely road construction, and can be used in the construction of roads, sites, runways, sidewalks and other objects of a transport infrastructure. Mixture for paving layers for transport infrastructure contains a binder, technological additives and mineral materials, where ready-to-use polyphilizers "PGSZh-1" together with "PGSP-3" or "PGSE-4" or mixtures thereof are used as binders, at least fiber from polyester, polypropylene, fiberglass or mixture thereof, as mineral materials – at least one material selected from the group consisting of asphalt-granuloconcrete mix, anthropogenic soil, artificial soil, clay soil, construction and demolition waste, treated soil, sandy soil. Invention is developed in subclaims.

EFFECT: technical result is the provision of the possibility of advance preparation of the mixture for the production of pavements with obtaining accelerated pace of construction, overhaul and maintenance of infrastructure projects while simultaneously increasing the turnaround time for the operation of road infrastructure facilities with the effect of a constant set of bearing capacity during operation and a decrease in water saturation of road pavement up to full water tightness.
