FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to road construction, and can be used in the construction of roads, sites, runways, sidewalks and other transport infrastructure facilities. Technogenic soil contains at least one mineral material included in the group containing anthropogenic soil, artificial soils or mixtures thereof, waste from metallurgy and/or the energy complex, mineral waste from the construction and demolition of buildings and structures with a particle size of up to 5-10 mm at grade their crushability is above 300. In addition, technogenic soil contains loamy soils, clayey soils and local mineral soils with a plasticity number of less than 22, and binder. Additionally, the soil contains man-made additives in the form of fibres made of polyester, polypropylene, fiberglass or a mixture thereof. The binder is polyfilizers ”ПГСЖ-1” together with ”ПГСП-3” or “ПГСЭ-4”. Moreover, the ratio of polyfilizers in technogenic soil ranges from 1.0-1.5%, when using “ПГСЭ-4”, to 2.0-2.5%, when using polyfilizers “ПГСЖ-1” together with “ПГСП-3”. Anthropogenic soil contains dust particles and screenings obtained as a result of processing waste from construction and demolition of buildings and structures, as well as broken bricks.

EFFECT: acceleration of the pace of construction, capital and current repairs of infrastructure projects while simultaneously increasing the turnaround time of road infrastructure facilities, reducing water saturation of road pavements.
