FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production and can be used in production of shell moulds of aircraft gas turbine engine blade elements. A complex (200) is made to form around it a shell shape, consisting of wax models (100) and device (32a) for formation of gating bowl (32b) with end surface (40a). Coat (46) of hot wax coating is applied around at least part of complex (200) so that said coating layer (46) covers at least part of end surface (40a) of device (32a) to form sprue cup. Layer (46) of coating covering end surface (40a) is structured by making recesses (62) and ledges (60) on soft layer of coating until it is completely hardened. A shell mould (300) is formed around said complex (200).

EFFECT: reduced destruction of forms during their transportation due to creation of relief, which promotes better adhesion of shell with coating layer.
