FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for making monocrystalline blade of gas turbine arranged between two bulks. Proposed method comprises pouring fused metal in investment mould and directional crystallisation with displacement of solid-metal interface vertically upward from monocrystal. Monocrystal is formed with the help of monocrystalline grain located at mould bottom and having preset orientation. Monocrystal direction 001 is aligned with vertical while mould bulks are directed along the plane parallel with monocrystal direction 001. Device forming monocrystalline grain extends into the channel communicating said device and bulk bottom ends. Channel comprises two feed lines for bulks and shell-shape bulk extending between two said feed lines and blade bottom edge. Bulk top edge is inclined to horizontal direction to 8-14 degrees.
EFFECT: higher quality of blades, ruled out fitting and finishing of blade face edge.
