METHOD OF DISPENSED DISTRIBUTION AND MECHANISM THEREFOR Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61M5/315

Abstract RU 2685686 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for dispensing working substance in dosed quantity. Device comprises a cartridge body having a proximal end, a distal end and an inner opening and configured to receive a removable cartridge containing at least a working substance; extrusion channel end on the cartridge body proximal end, the upper part comprising a fluid flow channel; and a pushing member having a pin with rounded ledges, a helical spring, a manual manipulation member and a plunger configured to fit into the inner opening and can axially move therethrough. When the plunger moves towards the proximal end of the body, the plunger pushes the proportioned amount of the working substance through the end of the extrusion channel. Helical spring is configured to exert pressure on the pin with rounded projections. Manual manipulation element comprises manually rotated elements configured to move the plunger through the inner opening during rotation, and the cartridge also comprises a plunger plug and a fluid control valve made at least in the form of one of the unidirectional and bidirectional valve, and also configured to open in response to pressure inside the cartridge.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of dispensed distribution and mechanism therefor.
