FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Injector for implantation of an intraocular lens comprises: an injector body comprising: a cavity formed by the inner wall; an insertion depth limiter located at the distal end of the injector body, the depth gauge of the introduction contains the surface of the flange; tip extending distally beyond the depth limiter of the injection; and plunger made with the possibility of sliding movement in the cavity. Surface of the flange is a curved surface, and the curved surface is a spherical surface. Plunger of the second embodiment of the injector comprises a distal end portion comprising: first longitudinal axis extending centrally along the distal end portion; and tip of the plunger containing the first groove and the second groove placed in the first groove, the second groove being formed in said first groove and shifted laterally from the first longitudinal axis. In the third embodiment of the injector, the tip of the plunger comprises: a first protrusion extending in the distal direction from the first side of the plunger at an acute angle in the direction from the longitudinal axis; and a hinge located at the proximal end of the first projection, while the first protrusion is made with the possibility of rotation relative to the hinge.

EFFECT: application of this group of inventions will allow to exclude abrupt changes in the speed with which the plunger moves forward through the injector body.
