FIELD: taps for water supply.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixing valve for supply of cold, hot or warm water. Tap faucet-mixer comprises plastic body made integral with spout, in which cartridge is installed to adjust supply of hot and cold water in spout, fixed in body from above by means of clamping nut, closed from above by protective nut. Cartridge lever rectangular in cross section is passed through pressure and protective nuts, on which adjusting handle is put. Cartridge in housing is installed in plastic detachable bypass cup, in upper part of which there is internal thread for plastic clamp nut, external thread for plastic protective nut and thrust ring ledge for circular groove made in upper part of housing. On external side surface of removable bypass bar there are vertical slots, by means of which detachable bypass cup is fixed from rotation by means of vertical protrusions made in housing, conjugated with slots of detachable bypass sleeve, on outer surface of which above slots there is installed with thrust against thrust annular projection sealing ring, sealing gap relative to inner surface of housing. Inside the detachable bypass sleeve there are two blind holes, into which pins made on the lower surface of the cartridge are inserted, outside on bottom of removable bypass bar there is a thrust tenon and two bypass nozzles, hermetically communicated with holes made in lower part of cartridge for hot and cold water, and in the bottom of the detachable bypass sleeve a hole is made, which is tightly communicated with the outlet hole of the cartridge. In body below drain there is a bypass sleeve made of plastic, on outer side surface of which there is thrust flange and two sealing rings are installed. Bypass bushing is installed in the casing with thrust of its thrust flange into annular groove made in the lower part of the casing. On the upper end surface of the bypass sleeve there are two branch pipes extending from it, which are inserted into the bypass pipes of the removable bypass barrel and compacted relative to them by means of elastic sealing rings. Upper end surface of the bypass sleeve forms in the housing with the lower outer end surface of the detachable bypass sleeve a cavity for supply of water from the cartridge into the spout, and on the side of lower end surface in bypass sleeve there are two threaded holes formed by metal threaded bushings pressed into it for installation of fastening pins in them and two threaded holes formed by metal bushings for connecting hot and cold water supply pipes. One threaded hole is communicated via bypass sleeve of bypass sleeve with cold water cartridge opening, another threaded hole of bypass sleeve is communicated with hot water cartridge opening, and bypass sleeve is connected with detachable bypass screw.
EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to simplify the design of the tap-mixer with simultaneous simplification of its assembly and disassembly during its operation.
