FIELD: taps for water supply.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixing valve for supply of cold, hot or warm water. Tap faucet-mixer comprises a body with a seat for the support ring of the spout, covering the seat, on the side surface of which there are two annular grooves for annular sealing rings located one above, and other is below opening in support ring for water drainage from housing into spout. Housing seat of the housing and the support ring that surrounds it form an annular cavity along the inner surface of the support ring, located between the annular grooves and communicated with the bypass channel made in the housing central part, communicated with mixer cartridge outlet hole installed in housing above seat and fixed in housing by means of clamping metal nut, through which lever of mixer cartridge is passed with installed on it adjusting handle. In the housing there are two bypass channels, by means of which holes for supply of hot and cold water in cartridge of mixer are interconnected with nozzles of hot and cold water supply. Fittings are inserted into bypass channels by means of threaded sections made in them, and on the side of lower end surface in housing there are two blind threaded holes for fastening pins. Housing, adjusting handle and spout with support ring are solid cast of plastic. Cartridge of mixer on the side of lower end surface is made with two pins, which are inserted into made in housing blind holes with smooth side walls. Upper part of the body is made in the form of a cup, in which the cartridge of the mixer is located. On inner side surface of housing shell in its upper part thread is made for clamping metal nut made with external thread on its side surface, wherein the clamping metal nut is partially recessed into the casing body, and a protective plastic nut with a round outer surface is screwed onto the upper part not recessed into the body, which is enveloped by the adjusting handle put on the lever of the cartridge of the mixer. On the housing above the seat there is an annular ledge under the thrust support ring, in which there is an annular groove in its upper part for a sealing ring installed between the support ring of the spout and the annular shoulder of the housing, and below the mounting seat on the side surface of the housing there is a threaded section for a support annular nut made of plastic, which is screwed on the housing on the side of its lower end surface with a thrust in the support ring of the spout.

EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to simplify the manufacturing technology of the tap-mixer with simultaneous reduction of the product weight and preservation of its operation reliability.
