SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a holder for detachable disposable towels, napkins, toilet paper and other rolled disposable materials. On top, side or bottom of roll with tear-off towels or napkins there is a turning frame, the axis of rotation of which is outside the diameter of the roll. When the material stretches from one side of the frame, the frame turns so that its reverse side presses the roll, braking it with force sufficient to tear off the napkin.
EFFECT: invention allows removing towel or napkin from any rolled material with one hand by tension.
