SUBSTANCE: according to the claimed, the door leaf or window pane is installed on a rotating frame, the axis of rotation of which is taken out of their profile as far as possible according to the design features and can be rotated sequentially relatively to the axis of rotation of the frame and relatively to the installation location of the door leaf or window pane on the frame. When opened, it is first locked with the frame and rotates around the remote axis on which the frame is mounted. Therefore, with a sufficiently remote axis of rotation of the frame, the radius along which the door leaf or window pane moves is large enough, and the entire perimeter of the seal retreats at the same time, while the edge of the seal is not crushed. After the door leaf or window pane leaves the frame, the stopper, which does not allow rotation around the axis on the frame, unlocks the frame, and rotation relatively to the axis on the frame becomes possible. At the same time, the second stopper with the beginning of rotation around the axis on the frame fixes the frame in this position. When closing, at the end of the rotation around the axis on the frame, this stopper unlocks the frame, and the rotation of the frame with the door leaf or window pane occurs around the axis of rotation of the frame. At the same time, with the beginning of the movement of the frame, the fixed stopper on the case retreats from the retainer, and it fixes the frame with the door leaf or window pane. Then the rotation occurs around the axis of rotation of the frame.
EFFECT: invention ensures the sealing of a door or window pane during long-term use, as well as simplifies and reduces the cost of sealing process and ensures the integrity of the seal during the use, especially for those doors and windows that have double seals around the perimeter, located in the plane of the door or window, but at different levels of its thickness.
