The method also includes inquiry about realisation by means of appointment of the executor for all instructions of inquiry and modification of text instructions and performance of instructions by means of change of a state of IT system by the appointed executor. The expedient can include the control over performance of instructions by means of monitoring of a correctness of changes of access rights and acknowledgement of conformity of these changes to blanket instructions.
