FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Channels are formed in pubic bones in craniocaudal direction and metal structures are introduced into these channels. Transpedicular system is used for fixation, for this purpose skin and subcutaneous fat is incised to an aponeurosis of the external abdominal oblique muscle in the suprapubic region. Puncture-incision of aponeurosis is performed in area of its transition into anterior wall of vagina of abdominal rectus muscles, not penetrating into cavity of case itself. Fibers of the internal oblique, transverse abdominal muscles and transverse fascia are bluntly separated and spread apart. Via the mini-accesses, a pad with dimensions of 1.5×1.5 cm on pubic bones in the area of tubercles, forming a canal in the pubic bone, around the inlets of which there formed are cavities in the bone thickness for the heads of the transpedicular screws. Cannulated transpedicular screws are inserted into pubic bones. Forming a "tunnel" under the rectus and pyramidal abdominal muscles above the pubic ligament, in formed under muscles "tunnel" by means of guide device connecting rod is installed, which is fixed in slots of polyaxial heads of transpedicular screws.
EFFECT: method enables increasing the fixation strength of the injured pubic ligament, which enables to initiate early rehabilitation and activation of the patient, reduces invasiveness of the operation, intraoperative blood loss and the risk of infectious complications that allows preserving bone blood supply and reducing repair time.
