FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for plasma-chemical synthesis of ultrafine powders, inorganic compounds and compositions, particularly to a plasma-chemical synthesis device of nanosized powders and a screw cyclone used therein. Proposed plant comprises reactor with housing vertically arranged to be heated, electron accelerator with electron energy of 300–1000 keV, reagent feed system to reactor comprising dispensing vessel, dispenser, buffer tank and shutoff valve, vacuum system, device for separation of solid and gaseous products of plasma-chemical synthesis, made in the form of a screw cyclone with possibility of its housing heating, and a system for separating soluble gaseous products of plasma-chemical synthesis, connected to a screw cyclone through an electrostatic filter, wherein the reactor outlet and the inlet of the screw cyclone are separated by an automatic outlet valve.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain various types of nanopowder powders and composite materials based thereon with high chemical purity on the same equipment, as well as shorter time of process transition from one process to another and high economic effect.
