FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry. nanosized metal oxides are obtained by chemical reaction of oxidation of organometallic compound with initiation of processes by energy impact, as such, used is pulsed electron beam with electron energy 100÷500 keV, duration 10÷100 ns and total current of beam 1-10 kA.
EFFECT: claimed invention makes it possible to increase productivity and extend nomenclature of obtained nanosized oxides on the same equipment without changing synthesis mode.
