Part of the gas flow are looped and supplied together with an oxidant in reactor. Gaseous reaction products except carbon oxides are caught in the scrubber. Carbon oxides are converted into liquid phase and delivered for further burial. Solid ash residues removed from plasma chemical reactor.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to clean radioactive graphite from fission products and activation for further safe storage.
