FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite materials containing a polymer matrix reinforced with a fibrous structure, particularly a device for injection molding of polymer resin into a fibrous workpiece for making a part in the form of a solid of rotation from composite material having an inner cavity in the form of a counter slope. To ensure extraction of part from polymer mold after injection and polymerization of polymer resin, device comprises, at least at the level of inner cavity, rim divided into sectors and conical shaft. Rim is formed by at least three adjoining inserts, one of which forms the arch lock. Rim adjoins external surface to surface, which limits inner cavity in form of counter slope, and has a natural molding slope on inner surface. Conical shaft is connected to inner surface of rim, for which it provides support, and extraction of which after detachment from the rim is performed along natural slope formed by inner surface of the rim.
EFFECT: simplified extraction of part from mold.
