FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: packer mechanical thrust comprises outer and inner barrels inserted one into the other and forming a longitudinal channel between each other, a cable sealer, sealing elements installed on the outer barrel, a body, a cylinder, shear elements. Outer and inner shafts are connected in upper part by means of coupling having longitudinal hole interconnected with longitudinal channel. In upper part of longitudinal hole there is thread for screwing of cable seal installed above coupling. Cutoff elements are installed in through holes of housing and annular groove of nut, screwed on external barrel thread. Nut is locked by threaded on external barrel with lock nut. Rotation of external shaft relative to housing is limited by retainers installed in holes of sleeve, connected to housing, and longitudinal grooves made on outer shaft. Body is put on the cylinder. On outer surface of cylinder there is cable slot combined with side opening made in housing to withdraw cable from lengthwise channel. In the lower part of the housing there are slots interacting with mating projections made on the external surface of the cylinder. Coupling nut is screwed on the body, which rests against the cylinder ledges by the inner collar.
