FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of panel apartment houses, namely to structures for sealing and insulation of seams between panels. Design for sealing and heat insulation of the inter-panel seams contains a heat-insulating material, on the surface of which there is a layer of non-curable sealant and fasteners. At that, it has cross-section of trapezoid shape, located outside of inter-panel seam, and comprises layers of insulating and adhesive materials consisting of a deep penetration primer applied on a panel, glue front applied to primer, heater, mounted on glue front, glue of facade applied to another surface of heat insulation material, glass mesh facade glued to outer side of insulation, glue for application of plaster on it with bark beet of the chosen color and plate fasteners with thermal head.

EFFECT: invention increases reliability of sealing and heat insulation of inter-panel sutures and prolongs the service life of the operated building.
