SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the lower stabilizing levers for a drilling rig. Lower stabilizing lever comprises: support; an upper lever having an upper end and a lower end; an upper pair of rotary drives, which differ in the rotational axis, connecting the top end of the upper lever with the support; a lower lever having an upper end and a lower end; central rotary drive connected between lower end of upper lever and upper end of lower lever; roller bearing; lower pair of rotary drives differing in rotation axis, connecting lower end of lower lever with roller support; and a pair of V-shaped rollers installed on roller support.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of time for tripping and lifting operations, in elimination of probability of hazardous impact on worker at floor level of drilling rig.
