SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the prefabricated structure of the front support frame and the vehicle radiator support beam and the radiator support beam. Front support frame has an end with a hole passing between two front walls on one side of the tubular structure. Radiator support beam is inserted into the hole at the end of the support frame and is attached to two front walls. Front support frame is a gyro-formed pipe, and the radiator support beam is an extruded part. Support beam of radiator also has at least one internal reinforcing wall, and external wall of front support frame is attached to internal reinforcing wall by means of self-tapping self-drilling screws.
EFFECT: higher strength of joint with reduced number of assembly fasteners.
