FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: according to aspects of present disclosure system for moisture detection in absorbent product, carried by carrier, includes a sensitive impedance element. Sensing element of impedance contains electrodes. System also includes attachment element for fixing the impedance sensor in the location on the absorbent article outer surface. Electrodes are arranged so that they are located in capacitive coupling with absorbent article inner surface and absorbing article impedance is measured from location on absorbing product outer surface. System also includes a subsystem for measuring impedance to measure the absorbent article impedance and extracting the actual impedance component and imaginary component full resistance for determination of moisture characteristic in absorbent product.

EFFECT: proposed system for moisture detection in absorbent product.
