Absorbing element (13) includes multiple recessed parts (21) formed on surface of absorbent element on side of sheet (14) forming front surface. Plurality of recessed parts (21) are arranged to form a plurality of first patterns (22a) extending in a first direction, and a plurality of second patterns (22b) extending in a second direction crossing the first direction. Zone (51) without formation, in which multiple buried parts are not formed, is provided between central area (K2) of absorbent element (13) and each of both end zones (K1, K3) of absorbent element (13), between which is located central zone (K2).
