FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building hydraulics, namely: to safety devices of hydraulic systems of machines and mechanisms. Safety valve comprises hollow housing with supply and discharge branch pipes, in cavity of which on inner fixed hollow cylinder, movable spring-loaded shut-off element is arranged as movable hollow cylinder with support collar at one base and with bypass holes at the other base. Inside said cylinder there is a shut-off element interacting with inner end sealing surface of movable hollow cylinder, and with sealing thrust edge of internal fixed hollow cylinder. Spring of the shut-off element by one end interacts with the support collar of the movable hollow cylinder, and the other one rests against the nut. Supply nozzle is made in the form of a profiled stepped hollow body of rotation with one bottom located in its central part and is fixedly installed in the body. Cavity of the supply branch pipe of the said body of rotation is opened outwards, at the same time in the internal cavity of the said rotation body the thread is made, and in its bottom the fixed hollow cylinder is installed. According to the version, the profiled stepped hollow body of rotation is installed in the body by means of thread made on the outer surface of the supply pipe, the profiled stepped hollow body of rotation is installed in the body by means of a flange connection; the nut for the spring is solid.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of safety valve operation reliability, valve design simplification, its manufacturing and assembly.
