FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: cartridge check valve comprises a housing of two interacting parts - the outer and the inner parts, tightly installed in a solid plate using a thread. The inner part of the valve body is designed as a hollow cylinder with a profiled central channel, consisting of at least two parts of different diameter and forming a shoulder with the valve seat edge at the transition of one part to another. The larger diameter of the housing inner cavity contains a spring-loaded shut-off valve. Inlet and outlet valve channels are made in a solid plate and connected to the central housing channel and radial channels in the inner wall of the valve housing, respectively.

EFFECT: simplified design and installation of the valve in the hydraulic system and increased tightness in the places of valve connection to the hydraulic system.
